This ring was made using a .45 caliber gun shell adorned with moonstone with a moonstone face carved into it all soldered to a sterling silver acid-etched ring.  Moonstone has an undeniable connection to "the magic of the moon" and is considered an amulet for protection and guidance for travelers; a light in the dark.
