These earrings were made using .22 caliber gun shells adorned with mother of pearl and chocolate moonstone hanging from 14kt gold ear hooks.  Moonstone has an undeniable connection to "the magic of the moon" and is considered an amulet for protection and guidance for travelers; a light in the dark.
